What Does this blood And Urine Test Result Mean?

Hello,

My wife is 35 weeks pregnant (ICSI).
Blood tests reveal the following:
Amylase 173
GOT 43
GPT 54
LIPASE is normal.
No protein in Urine.
She feels fine - no pains, no itching.

What could cause these elevated numbers?
Is there any reason to be very worried?

Hi, I M Dr.Kumarbhargav
Consultant Pathologist,
I understood your query,
Regarding Amylase, SGOT, SGPT are mild borderline increased, which might be within range for that lab where you have done tests. So check provided reference range of that lab because reference range vary from lab to lab.
Now even Amylase borderline increase Lipase is normal.
So it seems no concern at present especially with no complaints or signs.
Just keep observing.
Thanks for contacting health care magic.
Take care. Ask freely if you want more details.
